The way how they will strike back..

As reported by Malaysian Mirror 28 Dec 2009, claimed by Klang MP, quote; "Lim, referring to findings by Thai pathologist Dr Pornthip Rojanasunand that Teoh’s death was 80% homicide, had said the political aide was murdered." unqoute. Do read for detail and clarity

What can be said from above defense:-
  1. First of all Lim and his defenders should have refrain from making any presumption, since the findings of Dr.Porntip was not conclusive, otherwise why should the coroner ordered another post-mortem and the remains of TBH be exhumed.
  2. As lawmakers and friends of so many lawyers, the issue should have not been raised at all. The only person in authority to pronoun the findings is the learned Coroner himself. It will only be permissible after concluding the inquest. Why must Lim do it before the Coroner? Does CM powers superseeded the Coroner as far as the inquest is concerned? Is it tantamount to subjudice?
  3. For his defenders be bright, don't just jump to defend your boss just for the sake of defending. We are looking, observing and analysing your integrity, competency and your prudence.
quote; "Santiago also alleged that the ‘web of tales’ spun around Lim as well as police claims of intimidation were attempts by the Barisan Nasional government to divert the public’s attention from the issue of two missing F5-E jet engines, the controversial Biro Tata Negara (BTN) courses, the Port Klang Free Zone fiasco and the Umno-Gerakan in-fightings, among others".unquote
  1. The statement above if so uttered by the MP is another typical style of the opposition. The opposition will say "aye" if anything is to their gain anything otherwise will perceived as partial, undemocratic and not liberated.
  2. Issues highlighted above are still under investigation and some have been indicted ,why must it be undermined and manipulated. Again the statement, if so uttered, just gave us the opportunity to evaluate the kind of representative representing the citizen.
He further said; The people want real change, which ensures human rights, freedom of expression and an accountable and clean government,” – Malaysian Mirror
  1. Is no denial, we all need changes to excel but we also need to do away with the less good quality leaders and representatives.
  2. They preached of human rights they preached freedom of expression and capability, accountability and transparency ( Penang CAT or Selangor CAT ) do they really uphold it or they just pick and choose at their whims and fancies?
A good preacher will always practise what he had preached.
