Justice delayed, justice denied.

Sodomy II: Anwar fails to disqualify prosecution team - the star 16.09.09
Saiful questions ‘VVIP’ treatment given to Anwar - the star 06.09.09

Looking at the leniency accorded to Anwar Ibrahim, I have a question, do we the ordinary citizen be given the advantage to explore all judicial avenues just with one ulterior motive, to be free? As for the trial court judge is it justifiable for the stay on the trial proceeding just mere contention of the defendant that the prosecution is bias?

Do we all familiar with the saying,"justice delayed, justice denied? So why the delay. Are we so remorseless to the victim (as it is, till proved otherwise). We harped on natural justice, human rights and so on but what justice have we done for Saiful?

Anwar has to cleanse himself ouright from the allegation and stop going around to buy time for his political mileage. Looking at all the avenues granted by the judicial authorities, it is hard to construe that there are partiality found as alleged.

Probably everybody is ready for the truth and let us wait and see as to whether the trial proper will proceed as scheduled. Hope justice will prevail to all the citizen of Malaysia.
