Peliknya Ada yang Masih Menyokong!

Sokong perhimpunan haram: Pewaris selar MB Selangor
MB Selangor mahu kajian dibuat berhubung undang-undang perhimpunan awam
Selangor sokong budaya perhimpunan haram

Kena sokong ka, tak sokong nanti orang kata tak "global", tak matang, kolot, kampong mali.

Macam cerita Labu Labi dan Do Re Mi, hang pijak kepala bapa dia, dia pijak kepala bapa hang. Tukang cucuk memang dah banyak.

Saranan kepada MB Selangor, jangan duk merapu nak cari sokongan membabi buta. Macam ni punya mentality pun adakah? MB konon. Ikut undang undang sedia ada belajar patuh dulu, baru rakyat boleh patuh, jangan jadi ketam!

Kenapa Sekarang Baru Berkokok?

UMNO Pulau Pinang terguris kenyataan Hock Nan - www.utusan.com.my

UMNO P.Pinang nak celup sejari. YB Mazlan, apadah jadi dengan penerangan P.Pinang too slow. Memang lambat asal selamat, ini terlalu lambat.

UMNO kena ubahlah, pihak pihak pro pembangkang dan berjela jela, tuan tubuh baru acah acah nak bertindak. PM pun dah menyatakan pendiriannya.

Wake up UMNO Penang kena kuat, Guan Eng dah banyak dapat "respect" kalau macam ni nampaklah PRU 13.

Perikemanusian atau Memecah Belah ?

Benarkan pulang - Pembangkang - www.utusan.com.my 28 Mei 2009
Why deny an old man? Go get a life! -www.malaysiakini.com 28 Mei 2009

Lagi menyokong sizalim itu balik. Ada yang berkata ;

Can he be accorded a Patriot Stature ?

I would like to concur to some who made believed that Chin Peng had contributed to the Malaysian independence. Is it so? A patriot, one who loves, supports and defends one's country and owes allegiance to that nation. Is he or was he at that time?

One can argue, he and his CPM guerrilleros were also involved during the second world war against the Japanese. Why the involvement? If he was so patriotic to defend Malaya, why can't he and his loyalist sign up with the British army or the recognized volunteer units, example Home Guards or Special Constablary to defend the country. Was there any necessity to stage a guerrilla styled warfare? Guerrilla defined, a member of an irregular, politically motivated, armed force that fights regular forces or freedom fighter, partisan, irregular, underground fighter, member of the underground or resistance.

What Chin Peng should have done was to laid down his weapon(s) disband his guerrilleros and surrender when the government lifted the state of emergency July 1960, rather chose self exiled China. Why must he ran away, may be to reorganize and it is true enough he came back and started the insurgency from 1967 to 1989.? After giving all the hardships and miseries to the citizen of Malaysia he has the cheek wanting to come back to Malaysia with just a justification that he is old and wish to die in Malaysia. Why don't he contemplated this before.

How about the security forces who defended Malaysia and lost their lives and the miseries suffered by their love ones. Do those sympathizers and the so call broadminded universal intellectuals gave a fair recognition ? Can we just adopt "let the by gone be the by gone", it is that simple? How about those innocent civilians murdered and tortured during their ambushes and the anguished of remote kampong folks forced to live under these guerrilleros threats and having to supply food and so on. Do anybody care and sympathize the woes of those murdered posterity? What sin has these folks committed? Do these Malaysians supporting the return of Chin Peng only think of this one person, how about the many more suffered because of him and his conceited ideologies? He has wasted his opportunities.

Gerakan Penang Say It Again

Gerakan to Najib: Let Chin Peng come home May 20, 09 4:13pm

Is this person ought to return to Malaysia?

On September 1955, the then Government of Federation of Malaya issued a declaration of Amnesty until its withdrawal on July 1957 why can't he surrender?

Again on July 1960, the Malayan Government declared the state of emergency over, why don't he surrendered? Instead renew the communist insurgency from 1967 t0 1989 after he got the inspiration during his stay in China that SEA is ripe for a revolution.

Is this an act of a PATRIOT?

How about those who died defending the sovereignty of the country, under a legitimate government? How about their melancholy losing their love ones and the harships they have to go through? Do anybody care?

I urged Gerakan not to create populist issues, it is best to contemplate and concentrate how best Gerakan can contribute for the betterment of Barisan Nasional and winning the trust of the people. Barisan Nasional component parties should by now speak one language and dance to one tune and any differences should be under closed door deliberation. Emulate some good understandings adopted by Pakatan Rakyat. There are plus and minus in everybody.

Is this The WISH of Malaysian ?

Revoke order or it's war, warns Hindraf - reported by Malaysiakini 18 May 2009

Is this what peace loving majority Malaysians want? As the citizen of Malaysia I urged the government to face it with dignity and not to bend to this ridiculous demand, after all hindrat has been outlawed.

There are ample avenues for Malaysian to seek remedy or redress and please not to resort to something which might annoy others. Apart from the agencies available, we also have the representatives, may it in Parliament or State Assemblies. What are they there for? There are paid and enjoying all the perks, make sure they work effectively and not just a mere noise maker and incite the rakyat. If they are not competent discard them in the next election or compel them to resign. These representatives have an obligations to the rakyat unless their skin are so very thick.

Malaysia is not short of intellectuals and believed me, there are more intellectuals compared a decade ago. Are we saying the more intellectuals produced, the more destructive we will be or we prefer a more civilized approaches commensurate to more numbers of intellectuals? Do liberalization has its limit? Let us be more sensible, be intelligent rather than emotional!

Congratulation Barisan Nasional a WISE MOVE

Confirmed! BN not contesting in Penanti reported by Malaysiakini 18May 2009.

I am extending my appreciation for the wise decision made. Yes! rakyat first and with the gloomy economy more attention must be focused towards the rakyat well being. There is always a first time though some will perceived an act of coward or lack of confident. I urged all BN supporters to remain cool and consolidate BN sincerely.

I foresee it is not much of an impact to PR but more to PKR defacto leader as his music seems out of tune and there is no cha cha can be performed.

I also called upon the PM to ensure the well being of Penanti constituents will not be left in the cold.Strategize BN resources to win their confidence and extend the reasons for BN not contesting, especially to BN loyal supporters. There shouldn't be double standard in serving the rakyat, if confidence of the constituents are expected. "Retreat is no defeat." BN supporters just
ignore the provocative remarks which are very very much expected.

Decision have to be prudent and wise. Well done again

Threats To Racial Solidarity

Malaysian in quandary. The state of not being able to decide in this difficult situation faced by Malaysian and will it jeopardize Malaysian racial solidarity? What a waste after all the painstaking by our forefathers to forge the understanding and supports among the citizen of different ethnics in Malaysia, suddenly after GE12 all the framework disappeared. Has mental state involving beliefs and feelings and values and dispositions vanished from the Malaysian caring society? What are the impediments to an integrated society?

The core or the fundamental aspect to culminate racial solidarity is a clear comprehension of the Federal Constitution, and why it was legislated such a manner. It is imperative for the authority to make the constitution comprehensible to avoid being misconstrued by those having their hidden agendas.

Another positive step is the segregation of school by various ethnics policy to be examined, to one desegregation school? The racial integration should be nurtured from young and tender age. It has been proven, to infuse good values it should begin at this young age. Why this is not achieved after 52 years of independent? Malaysian is still locked with their own ethnics demand of priorities. I am more surprised after 52 years of independent there are citizen of Malaysia (born after Merdeka) failed to speak Bahasa Melayu which is the national language of the country, and are seeking the transport minister consideration to assist them in JPJ Public Service Vehicle test. So are we actually going anywhere as far as racial integration and solidarity is concerned? Those taxi drivers are the front runner at Malaysia gate-way. What kind of impression will it reflex? This are the basic initiative if the government wish to realize One Solidarity Malaysian.

With the opportunity of exposures and education, Malaysian by right should not have any difficulties in forging the racial solidarity but sadly we are still in suspicion mood, and every entity is trying to champion their own ethnic, WHY AND WHERE DID IT GO WRONG?

PERAK SNAP ELECTION : WHY ????

Are we sure we want the SNAP ELECTION or ................

When tsunami swept GE12, all the political parties were caught unexpectedly. I recalled Secretary General of DAP during a press interview said they wanted to be given a chance but did not expect the overwhelming support by the voters, which saw the changed in Malaysian political landscape.

Even the big brother, BN couldn't help it but forced to accept the choices of the people. Five states, one territory and reduction of two third majority in parliament representations.

Why can't the PR government of Perak behave the same of BN, conceded gracefully when the majority is not in their favour anymore. Is BN to be blamed when three of their state representatives turned away from them? Shouldn't PR checked on themselves before pointing at others.

PR was being given a chance and missed it why must others be blamed. It is more decent and honourable to concede and stir a sentiments among the people. The truth is the people if not all the majority have been living harmoniously if not because of the politicians. It has caused so much of uncertainties, stop it and refrain from worsening the situation. Accept the fact, that they have FAILED and maybe they are only good as auditors. Good in checking others but not themselves. The people did not ask for the snap election except PR and their supporters just to MEND their WEAKNESSES.

warongkopi56

CHOICES MADE WHY THE BLAMED ?????

The Perak impasse, tussle, debacle, struggle, dismay name anything but one certainty the credibility of both camps are questionable. The actions taken by both entity just beyond redemption. They are clouded with their own contentions, without sparing the well being of the rakyat and the image of the country. Were their actions termed as patriotism? Whoever concur with all those actions by so call people's representatives must be idiosyncrasy.

It is a convention and the general acceptance of Democracy, whichever camp succeeded even with one majority will prevail. Why this general understanding cannot be adhered, where are the moral values and obligations by these elected representatives ?

1.Since His Highness withheld the dissolution of the state assembly, why BN failed to seek an audience with His Highness to call for an emergency sitting of the assembly, instead hastily wanting to form a new government. Is this prudent?

2.PR knowingly it had lost the majority, the most honourable action was to hand over the baton to BN. But instead without anything to substantiate alleged BN of robbing the government and the chaos started.

If only both parties have the rakyat and rakyat's interest in their hearts all these uncertainties and impasses will never have taken place at all. But since these representatives are the choices of Perak voters then why the blamed?

Whatever happened had happened. We can now identify the flaws and shortcomings. Should a snap election realized, the voters of Perak do not make the same mistake again. May be we need a new set of more prudent and responsible representatives whom we can call LEADERS and not troublemaker.

Siapa Yang Terinanya ????

"Luah Mati Emak,Telan Mati Bapa", inilah situasi atau dilemma yang Pasukan Polis DiRaja Malaysia sentiasa hadapi. Sekali air bah, sekali pasir berubah.

Bertugaslah kerana Allah.

Salam Hormat Untuk Semua.

Nizar Prevailed - Is Justice Done?

Another blow for BN on their credibility and competency.

The root cause of this limbo was the hasty actions of BN to form the
state government and presumably all actions were under their legal
scrutiny and advisement.

The dilemma worsen, Perak has MB from the minority though the majority
held by BN is also shaky. What is the best solution to be taken?

1. Will his highness dissolve the assembly?
2. Will the legitimate MB called for an emergency and face the vote?
3. Will BN explore to force emergency sitting?

Another history was created, a minority rule the state just like the CPM
ruled Malaya after the Japanese surrendered and before the returned of
British.

Who was responsible on the taking over of the state government?
Was it DS Najib or he flip flop?
Who was the boss then?

DS Najib said,"government does not know all" maybe we can also add
one more, leaders do not not know all also otherwise this shambles
first of all will not took place at the expense of the rakyat.Just
imagined the tense, animosity, the cost, humiliations, just for what,
Power Tussling.

a. 1 Malaysia,
b. Rakyat didahulukan,
c. Prestasi diutamakan,

Fikirlah bersama wahai ahli ahli UMNO.

p/s Nizar menang macamana? Jangan lupa 14 clear days usul hendak dihantar.

Just a Reflex of Gratitute

Hindraf trio freed, Uthaya rejects conditional release
Uthaya rejects conditional release

Time and again, we have seen nobody came out victorious for hostility and arrogant. What more these acts can be clamped. We should always be prudent in our actions, and not only perceived victorious but victorious in it true sense.

By demonstrating hostility and arrogance will not lead anybody to any destination except the catastrophe rendezvous.

One must at all time remember, what are objectives and once achieved, are we able to enjoy what we have accomplished? How about those disgruntled? Do you think they will just swallowed and be done with it?

I urged, the most recent dismal at Preak State Assembly will not end easily, please do not put salt to the wound. All leaders some how or rather have some reasonable common sense on how the issues need to be addressed prudently and diplomatically. One good example is the election, but if such an issue needs urgent attention we have state or parliament representatives to voice the rakyat grievances. If these representatives failed then we throw them out. Why must we keep these empty vessels who can only make loud noise but failed to influence and justified the grievances.

We are in the 21st century, for heaven-sake let us not go back to the uncivilized years when victory determined by physical strength. All are blessed with intelligence, optimized it.

Whatever our contentions, our younger generation are observing, do we want them to emulate the indignant approaches?

Mat Rempit Nuisance

Though long overdue, but it is not too late for some stringent measures to be taken. If no effective measures taken, it is feared some good intention vigilante will emerge as reported by Utusan Malaysia ( Kematian suspek bukan kerana polis cuai).

I urged the relevant authorities, will have the initiatives to plan their deployment as not to be perceived as bad planning or "melepas batuk ditangga" On last Mat rempit operation (about two weeks) it was noticed from the video captured during the news one of the suspected Mat Rempit ride through the road block and the personnel on duty can only waved his torchlight. It is professional? On a separate incident, the alertness of personnel manning the road block was also suspected with the escape of the driver who rammed the police vehicles. The question again were there commitments while performing their duties?

Apart from the respective authorities plan their deployment, I call upon the rakyat to also be honourable and respect the laws of the country. Whatever differences in perception, beliefs and pribciples, do it in a proper channels intelligently as a civilised society.

Politicians, I hope all the uncalled politicking be halt and serve us the rakyat and proof it to us which party can serve the rakyat better.

Do we the rakyat who wish to live in harmony though may be minority, be spared?

Perak State assembly Fracas

Have a new Perak state election. That is an easy way out but costly
and inconvenient.

The elected representatives who are they really are? Are they a law
abiding citizens, prudent or remorse representatives? Is sincerity
being uphold by these elected representatives or there are agendas
by both parties in refusing to give up the power grabbing? Are the
state stability and rakyat prosperity are their priorities or their
pride and credibility are more at stake?

Before a new election can be contemplated members from these entities
should have deliberated and resolved amicably.

One should go back to the basic on the formation of a government in
the context of Democracy in Malaysia.

a. Previous government should have summoned all PR representatives
whilst enjoying the majority supports once their intelligence
disclosed there might be some of the elected representatives are
contemplating of jump ship.

b. PR should have convened an emergency sitting to ascertain the
the government still enjoy the support of the majority.

c. If the majority support swayed to BN than ethically PR should
passed the baton to BN with dignity but not to misled his highness
to dissolve the assembly and seek fresh election.

PR instead of being adamant,it will perceived noble and respectful,if
the wishes of his highness was respected.

To retreat does not construed defeat on the contrary it will perceived
the maturity of PR and rakyat comes first.

of the rakyat.

Was Injustice Done at DUN Kota Alam Shah

'Voters knew the risks, so don't quit'- from Malaysiakini

PR knew very well the candidate to contest for DUN Kota Alam Shah is ISA detainee. But why he was chosen?

1.Was PR running out of capable candidates?
2.Was it one of the way to secure his release?
3.Was it a choice to win support from hindraf?
4.Was the choice deliberately done to play the constituents'sentiments?

Should there be any by-election I hope not, the Kota Alam Shah
constituents need to open their minds and eyes wider as not to be fooled by this kind of act that is definitely waste of time and money.

Good Luck!

Increase in Crime Rate - My Perceptions

I am not a criminologist neither a legal practitioner but a mere layman with some perceptions.I am sure most of us living in Malaysia are not criminologist, but,the senses blessed upon us will enable us to see the mensrea of a potential criminal before the actus reus of a criminal.

Are we committed in reducing crime in our area, or is it the task of only the Police Force?

Technically "yes" it is the task of the force, they are paid to shoulder this trust.

What do we the civil society do then?
Don't we have some social obligations?

I feel we the citizen of Malaysia should not be partly accountable for the increase of crime in our country.

Are actually accountable? My answer is yes.

Please contemplate why the answer is YES.

Adakah BN diNanti diPenanti?

pilihanraya kecil DUN Penanti.

1.Adakah benar benar Barisan Nasional betul betul dialu alukan
di Penanti oleh para pengundi disana?

2.Adakah ada kebenaran saperti rumusan Prof Dr. Mohamad Mustafa BN
diumpan PKR, Pas 'umpan' BN?

3.Portal Malaysiakini pula dengan tajuk "Power struggle in Penang PKR

5. Janganlah pula BN menari dengan rentak lagu dendangan PR tanpa
mengambil kira humiliation yang bakal menanti. Sudahlah duit rakyat
dihabiskan nanti "ayam terlepas tangan bau tahi."

6. Jika BN hendak "test the water" tentang konsep 1Malaysia, Rakyat

Wasalam
